I have visited Chase bank, Nations bank and several small banks here in town. All give me the information concerning REO information. Chase SAYS they don’t do REOs and Nations bank gave me a number just to make me leave them alone.
Can anyone assist me please?

Unless you know someone on the inside, most banks will tell you they do not have REOs. Most of them list their REOs with realtors, and try to ask for full price if they can. But you can still get a very good deal if you buy the ones that need some cosmetic work.
Call a lot of RE brokers, and find out which realtors sell for banks. Get on those realtors investor file, and call them once in a while to check.
Fannie Mae is in Texas. I bought 2 properties from them this year. I bought them through a realtor in Indiana. Give it a shot.
