Hey Mike,
sounds like a plan.
I always thought I would keep to single wides for moving to keep the costs down. But then again, I have never moved a home so am open to ideas.

send me an email when you have a deal and we’ll discuss

Hi,
does anyone know where I can find good deals on mobile homes in Washington? (newspapers, websites etc)

Im looking for 1990 or newer, 2 or 3 bedrooms, preferably a home that must be moved from its current location

thanks

I’ve got a somewhat tenuous line on one. Do you have some land that would make it work?

The guy currently wants 22K which is a joke for a home that has to be moved. I’m done the 30 day wait and talk reality with him right now. The home is a smaller 28x40 that was made in '98 and in perfect condition. As such, I can do just about anything with it (at the right purchase price.)

If I can get the seller to come down to 2-3K where he should be, I’ll send you an email and we can talk for real.
