I have used American Home Shield in the past without any problems. I think basic coverage for 1 yr. cost about $350-$375. Check them out on the web at www.homeshield.com

I believe some of you are providing Home Warranty with your deals and wondered if you would share your experience. Like which company you found best and how that helps your deals…Seems Lori or someone with lease options once mentioned American Home Warranty. Not sure. Thanks for any feedback.
