Hard to believe how long I’ve hung around this site… about 4 years? whew.
I hope some one could post a link I have lost - it’s a link to a site on the internet that i used a couple of years ago to purchase the latest home sales in a neighborhood for $7.95 - you put in the street address and it would give you all the information on the last 3 sales. For a little extra it would give you demographics, etc.
