Hello everyone,
I would like some help in finding a lender in CA that
will do Home equity lines of credit without loan seasoning.
I bought a Cal-Vet repo and just made my first loan payment.
I need money to finish the rehab and did not want to wait
a full year for loan seasoning as most lenders require. I
have looked at the 125% loans but find them to be very
expensive. I want to thank everyone at this site. You were
my motivation to get this home. I was able to see $20,000
in equity right away. Thanks again everyone!!
