Howdy
Does anyone have any knowledge about Historic Commercial Properties? I have located several that need restoration and can be bought real cheap with lots of incentives. I have also visited several restored properties through out the USA and have learned that there is a great market for these properties. If any one wants to discuss this further let me know.
