Here is one that I am having problem with: I have been trying to flip properties for a while now. However every single time I write on my offer “(my name) or his/her assigned”, I get the other’s party lawyer scratching it up. I don’t know what to tell them to overcome theri objection, I am sure I don’t want to tell them that I wanted to flip their property to a third party for profit. one of the response said that you don’t need to add hi/her assign" becuase if it doesn’t specifiacally said “non-assignable” it is so. Any comments on this anyone?
