I use Mr. Sheets methods and they work as he says. I am a beginner and am looking for all the help I can get. I have bought several properties with none or very little of my money. I believe Mr. Sheet’s system works.

I bought CS program in 1996, but since he really doesn’t give a lot of info about bad and no money down, I kind of packed it in the closet. Now, he’s offering more videocassettes and CD-Rom versions, has there been many improvements or would I be just as good re-reading what I already own?
