Make your offer low that is profitable to you, and then send it over to the attorney. You will know with their response where you sit.

One of my bird dogs called me with a address, after getting a list pack from the local title company I find the atty’s name who is handleing the estate for the family. I call him and he just says make an offer and he will submit it to the family.
My questions is? Do I find out the family’s needs, how many decision makers there are, and what they think the property is worth? Or do I just make my offer and hope I don’t ruffle any feathers. I told the atty that I was a serious cash buyer who could close in days and I was very interested in the property.
