sorry to be such a diKKhead, but I’ve been involved in hundreds of transactions, many as a probate atty.
and paraphrasing the immortal words of Mickey Rourke in the movie Body Heat:

signed p&s with 2 executers of estate property. 2 attorney’s involved , property went thru probate hearing in september.closing was scheduled for october.PROBLEM! title didn’t clear attorneys still working on it.I’m told by my attorney, my position is secure with my p&s. is there any way I could further secure my position? I don’t want to lose this property. input much appreciated.

as far as I know the reason is sloppy paper work done by probate attorneys. Mike
