I am a newbie and I have been reading the messages for about two weeks now along with other books. I am VERY, VERY excited about this and getting ready to close on my first rehab.
I would like to find out as much as possible about this including surrounding myself with REI positive, excited pepole.
Down here in SC they do not have a REI club. What is the best way to meet other investers. I figure other investers will see me as competition and not want to give me much advice. Any advice on this? HeHe
