I need to lease purchase a house to live in for about two years while I repair my credit. My commercial construction company folded because of clients going under and not paying me.
I came across this website a couple of days ago and have seen some great info. (Maybe I should have done real estate instead of construction) Anyway how do I find sellers willing to lease option for two years until I can close??
I need 4 BR home and can pay up to $1200.00 a month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There are MANY of us here who’d love to have a guy like you.
And
We all can find a home that wilkl fit that bill I’m sure.
Two years is easy, as long as you have decent “option money” to put up.
