My experence with title companys in metro ATL is simply that their business comes from Atorneys and most Atorneys here do the title search’s.

I am having problems finding title companies here in Atlanta. They say that they not taking on new clients at this time. Would it be better for me to just go through an attorney? Can anyone suggest a good title company. I will mostly be doing “flips”?. Thank you in advance.

I am sorry I can not help you with a title company in Atlanta, as I recently experienced the same thing (in Atlanta), when calling around for one. Does anybody know why they are (seemingly) all giving the same answer - that they do not take on new clients? Is business that good? Is it only in Atlanta? Any insight would be most helpful.
