1st get a contract for sale signed ( a long closing date 60 plus days)PUT IN A CONTINGENCY CLAUSE TO BACK OUT IF YOU NEED TO…
2nd start looking for buyers today!!! call now put adds in paper do it now!!!
3rd qualify your person with a lender , and yourself (you will be living next to the person )
4th set a closing date with your lawyer tell him he knows how…

There is a house in Fla. that I am interested in buying as a rental property. Two lots also come with this house,(one on either side). I am a new C.S. student and am looking for a way to “pre” sell these two lots to come up with the down payment. Now obviously I can’t sell what I don’t own but am hoping one of you hot shots out there can show me how to pull this off. Thanks Joe
