I am new to real estate investing and I am about to look at a three family house in New York that is priced at $350,000 and needs work. I want to get a hard money loan and I need to know how much the house will sell for after repairs. How do I find that out, so I can apply for the funds from a lender. I also need to know how to estimate repair costs.
