So, flip it to another investor with cash for a thousand and move on. Use the proceeds to pay off your bad debt so you can keep it for next time.

This is a Pennsylvania Row home as is value 52k. Need 33k for financing. Any recommendations. Middle credit score is under 500 that is why hard $ or private $ is being sought.
