why don’t you purchase there home and rent it back to them so they can save thier house and then later if they decide to purchase you sell to them and make the extra money and they get to keep thier home?

couple in foreclosure, we have signed contract subject to on their property…husband hurt his back and has been layed off for a yr…wife same job for 13 yrs…they have no family to go to and just want to rent a decent home in garland tx…their credit is not good due to the circumstances mentioned but i want to help them…if anyone has a home they could rent…please let me know…they need one now!!! i do not own any rental property and they do not want to do the l/o or rent to own thing now…they need some time to recoup…please…ask everyone you know and let me know…thank you…nell/dallas
