I’m currently looking at expired MLS Listings . I am interested in making offers “Subject To” my taking over the mortgage (then renting w/o to buy).

Since I am New (and at the point of being dangerous)I’m not exactly sure how to word the contract . Is there anyone out there that can suggest a book or a website I can go to to help me out?
