It was a pretty good weekend…
This is a lot of fun!!!
On my quest for getting my rentals sold, I got the first one sold saturday for:
500/down and 7489.50 @ 12.75% = 200.00 x 48 mon.
(paid 5,500.00)
The second one sold for:
200/down and 5951.60 @ 12.75% = 200.00 x 36 mon.
(paid 4k)the tenants that bought have lived in it for two years.
I need some help figuring out yields. I guess it’s time to go get my own fin. calculator.Any recomendations on a specific model??
