I am buying a house that I plan to occupy for about a year or less. Instead of locking in a fixed mnortgage and paying a bunch of closing costs is there a way to get line of credit on the house?

Countrywide has a HELOC as a first program with no MI and LTV’s up to 90% depending on scores and loan amount. Check with them.
