This appeared in my mailbox today under the title “RE: Can you help us find real estate deals in your area?”.

Has anyone seen this before, or know what the angle is? It’s obviously not legit, all I can think of is that it’s a the bait for a bait and switch racket.

Actually, if you would have read into the program you would have seen that it is actually very good. It is funny how people just through the word scam out there like nothing.

  1. it’s free to join. no risk to you.
  2. 2% (our staple method) represents the offers we make to sellers. Meaning we can buy on a “volume” basis at 98% of the market value. Can you do that now “all cash” and still make a profit? Most investors cannot.
  3. We are able to finance buyers with very low credit scores and sell at top market value through our program.
  4. We also do 5,10 and 20% deals. However, this program allows you to profit from multiple small deals while you are waiting for the home run.
  5. free mentoring.
  6. free websites and marketing
  7. large support network

I actually know who these people are. I have been investing with them for some time now. Before you call something a scam you should do a little research on the company. I guarantee you, they are very much the real deal.

And I thought I was the only one . . . - Posted by BOB H

who ended up paying 98% of retail.

I didn’t get that email. I have 2 houses, that I would love to sell them for 98%.
Oh, well, I guess, I will have to look for ‘normal’ buyers - lol

Really? How do you know that? Have you tried our business? How would you like it if someone called your Real Estate business a scam?

We work very hard over and provide very valuable free services to sellers, buyers and investors alike.

Please do some research before you throw such harsh words out there.
