Has anyone seen this before, or know what the angle is? It’s obviously not legit, all I can think of is that it’s a the bait for a bait and switch racket.
Actually, if you would have read into the program you would have seen that it is actually very good. It is funny how people just through the word scam out there like nothing.
it’s free to join. no risk to you.
2% (our staple method) represents the offers we make to sellers. Meaning we can buy on a “volume” basis at 98% of the market value. Can you do that now “all cash” and still make a profit? Most investors cannot.
We are able to finance buyers with very low credit scores and sell at top market value through our program.
We also do 5,10 and 20% deals. However, this program allows you to profit from multiple small deals while you are waiting for the home run.

I actually know who these people are. I have been investing with them for some time now. Before you call something a scam you should do a little research on the company. I guarantee you, they are very much the real deal.
