No such thing as annulling a deed after it’s recorded.
So, for better or worse, she’s now a co-owner and you’ve gotta deal with that fact.

Have a quit claim deed annulled by the originator - Posted by Alfred Steffens Jr.

I bought my home before I met my wife. About six months later I married my wife. We have been married for a little over three years. A year ago I filed a quit claim deed which put my wife’s name, along with mine, on the title, for no good reason except that she was nagging me about it and I thought she loved me. A few months later she doesn’t love me and says she wants to leave. I am carrying the full burden of paying for this property, as she does not work. I would like to know if there is a way that I can have the quit claim deed that I submitted “annulled”. Can I contest it in any way?
