I was wondering if anyone has tried Greystone’s Regional Training Program. It has been advertised that they can simultaniously fund a flip at 85ltv with a 1% discount with a 495 credit score. The cost of the program is 3500 dollars. If its true then the cost of the program is does not matter but if its crap then there goes the 3500.

Any comments?
