We just got the deed on our first house in Columbus Ohio. We followed the France’s SUB2 paperwork exactly…we went to a title company to file our deed (first time…make sure everything is ok)…there seems to be some difficulty because we are conveying the propoerty to a trust?? Is there something else we need to fill out (affidavit of trust???)
