This is such a great site! I am interested in getting started in real estate deals. The challenge I have is this is all so new to me. I have no idea where to begin. I am reading all the links on this site and there is SO much information. I want to do something that requires no real (substancial) cash on hand and little risk. The two types that jump out to me are flips and possibly mobile home purchasing and financing to resell. Does any one have any ideas or suggestions for me? Thank you for any responses!
