I am in the process of purchasing a rental property with two brothers. We have been advised by accountant and real estate lawyer to place the property in an LLC. My question is how do we get financing for the house when it’s owned by an LLC?
My wife does conventional lending and can’t find anyone who can tell her how to process a loan when it is in an LLC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
