I use a power of attorney from the seller giving me the power to represent them in all matters regarding their mortgage account, including receiving notices, making payments, etc… It seems to work.

When you get a deed on a home, what do you think is the best way to inform the lender of an address change, and what should be done about insurance.
What about a change of phone number? How to handle?
Doesn’t any of this alert the lender??
