Hello everybody.
I’m looking at a good income 16 unit and have the age old problem-how to finance. The seller won’t finance and banks want me to put up 20% for down pymt (45k in this case). Anyone have a creative solution, without going into astronomical interest rates? I have good credit and some cash, I’m not afraid of banks, but I am afraid of astronomical interest rates. Any comments much appreciated.
