The market in Florida is both a buyers and a sellers market. Interest rates are low, there are many buyers, but there are also many sellers, and values are high. I’m in Tallahassee, and often talk to people who sell their homes 2 days after putting up a FSBO sign in the yard, for several thousand dollars over the asking price. Needless to say the storage industry is doing quite well also.

what do you mean hot? Do you mean which market is hot for buyers, that is many properties, many sellers, low prices,
or do you mean hot for sellers, that is few properties, many buyers, higher prices? Please explain?
