Is anyone using a warehouse line of credit like FNAC’s? If so what are your opionions on it.

I have a line of credit from FNAC. I have not used it yet, but as a company they seem to have there act together. I’ve talked to a few people who have used them and they have all been pleased.

We just built our own through private investors and it is absolutely one of the best resources I’ve ever had. Between personal funds and investor funds, we can fund almost any deal within minutes. Some of the very best deals have come that way.

I’ve heard good things about First National’s broker line, but haven’t used it myself.
