Your post is somewhat confusing.
You start by saying “Your” buyers agent has lied to your agent and her clients…huh?
Suggest you begin again, describing what your role is here, what YOUR listing agent did, what the Buyer’s agent did, etc., then maybe we can advise you on how to straighten out this mess.
I discovered that my buyers agent was conditionally licensed on 8\1\06 but she submitted an offer in Feb and has lied to my agent and her clients and the deal is still not done.Do I have any legal recoourse, she has tied up my house for 6 mo. Can I sue her or the comp she works for?
