I have been reading and learning more about flipping with only signing a purchase (agreement) contract and then either selling the contract or closing on the house. Well, you all know how it works better than I do (If you’d like to fill me in that would be great too!)
Herein lies my question- where would I (a newbie to all this) find the forms and/or legal contracts to use in a deal like this? I am assuming it is not something I can just type up on my own. Let me know anything and everything!!! Thanks in advance to all of those who respond.

You can get a standard real estate purchase agreement at virtually any office supply store, however it would be worth your while to invest in a good real estate training program, such as those available through this site or http://www.legalwiz.com.
