I’m seeing the same thing you are.
Looks like the way to go is to get a Reators license.

Foreclosures in MD/DC/VA - Posted by No Other Investor

I need testimonials from investors in the md/dc/va area. Nine times out of ten when I go to a home soon to be foreclosed on, they already have a Remax or Long and Foster sign in the yard and under contract. Properties in this area are under contract within a week, so natuarlly a person going into foreclosure is going to get as much money as they can in this market. So how can people going into foreclosure be called distressed. I do not know if it is because it is a seller’s market or what, but people in this area are not stupid. I even had a guy going into foreclosure next week AND is going into settlement this thursday called me to see if I could get him a better deal than the one he has on the table. What is going on? I thought foreclosures meant distressed. Please provide testimonials of investors living in the MD/DC/VA area who are getting deals, because I am baffled!
