The law firms are typically foreclosure mills who rarely give out info.
UNLESS…its a small lender, you’ll just need to talk to their Recovery, Foreclosure, etc. dept.

I’ve heard that there is some kind of angle to work foreclosures and pre-foreclosures by contacting law firms that handle them for different banks. My question is, how do you approach the bank? They typically don’t give out information without an information release. Thnaks for the info.
