Hello everybody :slight_smile:

Got a quick question for all the Park Owners out there.

I understand that some REI use hard money to fund their projects, has any one ever used a small hard money loan to aqquire a park? And then maybe getting real or more permanent financing from another institution to pay off the HM loan? I guess it would be like a bridge loan. If the deal is right it seems like it could work, Just wanted to get some advice from the old pros :slight_smile:
