Analysis of Paralysis? if you studied for a while than you are good to go… there is no other way to ‘realy’ learn it other than just doing it…

I have studied REI for awhile now but I haven’t bought any properties yet. Can someone advise me of some good programs to buy regarding flipping, rehabbing, foreclosures. I have read a lot of the archives on this site and I would just like to get a program to teach me some things that I might of missed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
