I don’t see why not except for the fact that most commercial propery is probably for lease and not for sale. If you have a commercial property that is definetely for sale and can find a buyer in 30 days or less, and can peal off a few grand for yourself - go for it. I am sure there is more involvement including and attorney. Happy Hunting!

I have been scouting my neighborhood the last few weeks and I’ve noticed that we have a lot of office space and office buildings that are empty. I am thinking, and my question is, can flipping be done on both residential and commercial peroperties? Any and all help is appreciated.
