I have aquired a property in Cleveland Ohio for 50% LTV and advertised in the Cleveland Plain Dealer on a Sunday for “Handyman Special” and got one call only. For those of you that are good at flipping properties, could you offer some constructive criticism as to how to flip this property?
What do you have and where is it at? How did you aquire it?.. is it a sticky deal you are in the middle of? Do you own it or are you in the middle? Are you getting any hits at all or just no reasonable calls? I know the Cleveland area pretty well. Email me if you like.
