Depends on how much bleach i need to buy to put in my sprayer…all kidding aside (but i am serious) most mold is not a problem…unless their is a documented problem with the house… I would attempt to cure the problem and remove the mold…bleach does wonders! If it is a documented problem house with the documented bad mold -I wouldn’t touch it.

i have a house that is worth 185 ARV he is asking 135. I want to put it under contract but am not sure if I will have the funds to fix it up. The basement was flooded in 94 and he never fixed it. I am wondering how much it will cost to get rid of the mold that has been sitting there for so lond? Also is this a good houise just to filp? Will another invester make enought money?

Only one way to find out what you’re dealing with. Get a key to the place. Look in the yellow pages and find a contractor who does mold remediation and have him come in and give you an estimate of what it would cost to fix it (with a guarantee of course).
