. . . then don’t worry about the other person!
Wow, THAT didn’t come out right!
Guess I’m a graduate of the Michele_CO College of Marketing!
Case in point: If you are happy with the investment that you have selected, and you have a buyer(s) who will help you to realize a good return on that investment, well, heck, it’s better than what the bank pays!
Problem with us is, we’ve read DOW . . . and we have different investment standards.
We’re spoiled . . . and loving it!

We may have found your web site after the fact. Yesterday, we purchased 2 homes for $22K. The first one is a '97 Fleet 2 B/R 2 bath in good condition ($12K) and the other one is a '89 Sunset 2 B/R 2 bath. They are both situated in a very nice park, so we don’t have to move either one. We know this is not a wholesale price, but is it a good price for us to finance for qualified buyers. There is already a buyer for the '89 home. We just ordered your book “Deals on Wheels” and can’t wait to read it before we buy another home. Did we get a good deal from this PM?
