I hope you would not be reselling the lot with the trailer.once you purchase the whole package,then resell the trailer only.Keep the lot for furture income as long as you and your kids,grandkids,etc. live.I would try offering monthly payments and explain the benefits to him/her,that they would continue receiving money for several more years.If this doesn’t work,raise the price in exchange for no money down,and monthly payments.

Have found a '70 mobile, 3/1 on it own lot. Seller wanted 25,000 but will take 20,000. Wants all cash only. Simular mobiles in area are selling for 32 to 50,000
What would be the best way to structure this deal till I sold and closed it. Have no money or credit.
Have been searching this site trying to find answers My mind is still a little fussy on how to do this.
