Since your concern seems to “paranoia” I thought I would quote one of Donald Trump’s Top Ten Comeback Tips from his book “The Art of the Comeback”, and his comments concerning it:
Tip #3 BE PARANOID
“I have noticed over the years that people who are guarded or, to put it more coldly, slightly paranoid, end up being the most successful. Let some paranoia reign! You’ve got to realize that you have something other people want. Don’t let them take it away.”

My voice mail system is rented from the same answering service we use for the incoming calls from sellers. They charge us $15 a month for the number and $3 for each box. We have 20 boxes which costs $75 a month. Currently looking at Soft Klon system out of Florida.

My program is simple. About 3 years ago I paid $400 for a fax machine/copy machine/ 4 line voice mail and forwarding system at Circuit City. Great investment. I run my business from my home.
You still might want to check with your state
regarding an ad for something you don’t have–
whether it’s real estate or not.
I ran across some words to that effect here in NC
but I don’t recall the source-sorry.
