How can I figure out who has filed for divorce in my county. Is there a certain office at most courthouses that handle this. Is it even public information?
I will be ready to make another purchase in about 6 months and I’m trying to find motivated sellers. I thought this might be one route.

at the courthouse all divorces are public record. In some areas that may be online or published in the newspaper.
