I know that this subject has been covered on this billboard before but I need expertise in finding a homeowner of an abandoned property. I have already sent letters and searched at courthouse. No forwarding address known and property taxes still show at the abandoned property.
Time is of the essence, 50% ltv in a nice subdivision. If I wait until auction, sharks will snap it up quickly and for probably more money than I can structure a deal for right now!!! Help somebody.
