I have searched this site as well as many other sites and have found some contacts for Nationwide Hard Money lenders that advertise that they also do loans in Michigan. However, everytime that I contact one of these “Lenders” they keep telling me that they try to stay away from doing Hard Money loans in
Michigan because there are too many requirements in Michigan and its easier to do in other states. I have also contacted many mortgage brokers in my area and they do not seem to know of any at all.
Does anybody know of any Hard Money lenders in Michigan or that do loans in Michigan.
Or could you refer me to other sites on the internet for Hard Money.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
