FINANCING 60-70%LTV FOR PURCHASE/Advise please - Posted by Cliff

Email me: If you can keep the ltv within the parameters I have a company (I keep my mortgage co. open for when I’m in your shoes) who’s a little steep and the term is only a few years (If you keep it you’ll have to refi) but, IF YOUR NUMBERS WORK (CYA) they are what I call my “Fog a mirror” guys… If you can fog a mirror they’ll fund.

(I just re-read your email… This will only be a good option for you if your CLTV is let’s say… 80,85% they don’t care but because of the points and rate I’d be real concerned about your margins)

Let me know the details. I’ll try to help.

Cliff:

Washington Mutual, has a no income, no asset loan. If your credit is good, then you should
have no problem. If you have had some blemishes, or are a (B) borrower, then you can go
To BNC Mortgage or WMC Mortgage.

These lenders are all National lenders, and are Nation wide.

I hope this helps??.
