I have a single family home that I purchased with an LLC. Didn’t take a note and paid for all of the remodling with the LLC. I’d like to finance out 80% of the equity out to the LLC (limit my exposure to personal assets). Where should I look to get something like a 15 year note on it. I want to keep the property as an investment and rent it out. I live in San Antonio Texas.
