Mine too. Briggs is one of those rare individuals that is always there to cheer you on through pain, tradgedy or triumph. Nice to know someone like him. He’s a rare individual. He’s taught me a lot about “being human” as well as real estate.

For those at Johns Park City Party, I finally met the buy Paper goal. Went to some merchants in area that are having a hard time. Bought some accounts receivables. One was for a dollar cause he said they would never pay. 2 wks later 995 dollars looked good, he paid with only 3 visits. Even though it isn’t big it was fun. Thanks John for the challenge. I wonder if the gun helped — just kidding.
