I have a house under contract for $100.000 I also have a contract with a buyer that will pay $115.000 For the house. The buyers credit is fair middle score is around 610. I have talk to a lot of lenders around the country and there all telling me the same thing. They won’t allow investor flips. Any advice Thanks Bruce

There are some who will. Indeed there is one that sends out fliers to mortgage brokers and the heading is " WE DO FLIPS AND ARE PROUD OF IT"
Email me directly and tell me what state you are in then I will find out whether they do loans in your state. Anything that works in NC should work anywhere else. This is such a tough state in these matters.
