Why would you have any kind of suit?
You did not state or explain why you’d be involved at all or how the bank’s actions have damaged you, so how could anybody rationally answer your question?

Here in pa the sheriff took the house in forecloursure. they have failed to file the deed with the county. The bank has signed the sales contract and agreed to a closing date that will not be meet. Do I have a case for suit against the bank, selling broker,and who nows who else??
